A trainer sets the program. Coach fits it to your morning.

Coach is a personal-training service for adults who train in a gym. Coach builds each member's program from their goals, history and injuries, and Eric, the trainer behind Coach, starts it; experienced lifters can build their own. Every morning Coach can read how they recovered and set the day's session to match.

What it does

The program. Built from a questionnaire about your goals, training history, gym, schedule and anything that hurts. Eric starts it (experienced lifters can build their own instead), and Coach moves your weights up when your logs show you are ready.

The morning. Each morning Coach checks how you recovered and scales the day's session to match: it can ask how you slept and how your body feels, or simply give you the session as written. That check is a set of written rules, not AI.

The session. Sent to Coach's own logger, with a short note on each exercise and demonstration clips for many of them. Questions are answered straight away by Coach's AI, and Eric is one tap away.

What it is not

Coach is a training service for adults 18 and older. It is not medical advice or a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat anything: a movement that hurts is held at its current weight and goes to Eric. Talk to a licensed clinician before starting if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, a current injury or any doubt.

An invite-only pilot

Coach is in a small pilot, by invitation from Eric. There is no public sign-up. Questions: [email protected].
